Approaching ourselves with curiosity gives room for us to be with our experiences and responses before moving to do something about them. Through gentle curiosity, we give ourselves an invitation to begin to open to the Presence Practices to come, helping us ease into them, which in turn helps us develop more capacity for curiosity.

This meditation invites us to welcome and acknowledge whatever thoughts, feelings, and sensations arise while breathing into the space between, essentially toggling between the two, helping to create a sense of spaciousness within.
